Creating a Cohesive Team

One key to creating a cohesive team is bringing everyone together as often as possible. Regardless of how far away (we have a team in Atlanta, Belgrade and La Paz). Twice each year we have gathered in Atlanta for a few days of team building activities.
Covid made this impossible so our leadership team planned a virtual retreat. We were SUPER stressed about how it would work. It was a huge success. The People & Culture team sent care packages with swag to all employees. We had educational updates from all departments where we all learned new acronyms. We had fun team building exercises (kudos to Zoom Break Out Rooms), motivational talks and a mixology session. We cannot be together in person but we certainly spent quality time together in mind and spirit!
